3/4 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken brests
1. In shallow bowl combine Corn Flake Crumbs, Parmesan, and salad dressing mix.
2. Dip chicken into melted butter, then roll in Corn Flake Crumb mixture to coat.
3. Place in greased shallow baking dish.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
