8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cans condensed cream of broccoli soup
4 slices Provolone cheese, halved
10 3/4 fluid oz. of white wine
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with Corn Flake Crumbs. Place in 9x13 baking dish.
3. Top each breast half with slice of Provolone cheese.
4. In medium bowl, blend cream of broccoli soup and white wine. Pour over chicken.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
