16 oz. Frozen French-cut green beans
8 ozs. sour cream
1/2 cup Corn Flake Crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in medium sized saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion. Stir in sour crea,. Cook over low heat until thickened.
3. Fold contents of saucepan into green beans.
4. Pour green beans into 1_quart casserole dish, coated with cooking spray.
5. Combine Corn Flake Crumbs with melted margarine, for topping. Spread evenly over casserole.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
