1 cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
2lbs. catfish fillets
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combne Corn Flake Crumbs, Parmesan, lemon peel, pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow pan.
3. Dip the fillets into the lemon juice, then roll onto crumb Mixture, coating well.
4. Place the fillets in a greased 12x9x2 inch baking pan.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested done with a fork.
